Teen Masquerade Etiquette Party Committee

The Voices of Trenton presents: Masquerade Etiquette Party

Saturday January 5, 2013 7pm-12am

This party for teenagers age 13-17 they must have a High School I.D. to get in.

Anyone over the age of 17 and under the age of 13 will not be permitted in the building.

This event isn't your average party, it is indeed a disguise. It's an educational experience through the fun things teens like to do. This is an evening of elegance, mannerisms, proper etiquette, and class. A chance for teens to learn chivalry and respect for others and themselves.

Inside there will be cue cards strategically placed all around about chivalry, non-alcoholism, self-respect, manners, etiquette, respect for others, and etc. Hints on what to do instead of what not to do so they feel a sense of guidance rather than feeling wrong when told what not to do.

We are asking for volunteers of concerns residents to chaperon the event to ensure we maintain a nonviolent and educational evening for the kids

The will be tickets sold in advance of $10 which includes a light buffet.
Masquerade masks will be on sale at the party and available at the entry for $3-5

All proceeds are going back into the Trenton community for youth programs, recreation venues, and etc for the betterment of our youth and city.

If you would like to be on the committee for the event there will be a meeting FRIDAY DECEMBER 21, 2012 5:00 P.M. at the YMCA 431 PENNINGTON AVE TRENTON, NJ 08618
This is a fundraiser for youth programs in the city and other recreation/educational events to get people off the streets. We are working with very little to no money at all for this event so we are looking for volunteers. Mr. Samuel Frisby has sponsored the YMCA as the venue for the kids for the evening in full support that he would like to provide children a safe environment away from negative influences and also he realizes the importance of the children learning proper etiquette and mannerisms.

If you want to volunteer to be a chaperon or security, bring food and beverages for the event, donate decorations and etc. please attend.

If you are familiar with etiquette, mannerisms, chivalry, and etc. please let me know because I am making cue cards with tips on them to be strategically placed around the venue for educational guidance.
