OchoCinco's Sex Tape Pulled

If Your Were Like Me, anxious to see the Sex Tape between Chad "OchoCinco" Johnson and Two Female Entertainers, consider yourself screwed... According to TMZ an angry cease and desist letter fired off to the 2 websites that originally posted the ex-NFL star's sex tape ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Chad tell us the sites removed the video after they received the letter from his attorneys ... which stated the tape was stolen property which they did not have the right to publish.

We're told CJ's attorneys are now taking aim at several other smaller websites that have posted still images from the sex tape -- and they are threatening legal action against any sites that refuse to pull the material.

As TMZ first reported, Johnson has contacted the FBI because he believes the tape was hacked from his phone.

Congratulations Brandy: Singer Engaged

  • Brandy will ring in the new year with a ring on her finger!

The "Put It Down" singer, 33, is engaged to Ryan Press, Us Weekly has learned. According to an insider, "They are thrilled and happy and Brandy feels this is so right." Prior to accepting Press' proposal, Brandy had openly expressed her desire to marry the music executive.
I keep hearing about a ring. People keep calling me, hinting to me about it, but I don't know," she told Sister2Sister magazine in August. "I'm going to be patient and let it happen and just let it be. ... I guess it will happen when it's the right time."
That same month, the singer spoke to Us about how Press had restored her faith in men. "I had given up on love a long time ago. It just didn't seem to work for me, so I was single for a very long time," the "Moesha" star said. "I stopped looking for love and then I ran into my boyfriend."

She continued, "He just loves me for who I am. I don't have to camouflage anything for him or put on a mask. I can completely be myself and he loves me so much and I love him just the way he is, too."
This will be the first marriage for the singer, who has a 10-year-old daughter, Sy'rai, with ex-boyfriend Robert Smith.

(In 2008, Brandy admitted that she and Smith, a music producer, weren't married and had for two years pretended to be betrothed after the singer learned she was pregnant. "I lied because of the fear of what people would think and the pressure to be a good role model," she told Us. "Our relationship was very real -- we just weren't legally married.")

Brandy released her sixth studio album, "Two Eleven," in October, and she currently stars in BET's hit comedy "The Game." She next appears in Tyler Perry's "Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor." The drama, arriving in theaters March 29, 2013, also stars Jurnee Smollett, Robbie Jones, Kim Kardashian, Jerry Stiller and Vanessa Williams

Hip Hop Album Sales: The Week Ending 12/23/2012

T.I. sees a surge in "Trouble Man" sales as compared to "No Mercy," after a tight race. Chief Keef sells 50,000 copies on his "Finally Rich" debut.
As predicted, T.I. snagged a Top 3 debut with his latest bounce-back album, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head. Tip edged out One Direction and label-mate Bruno Mars by a margin of less than 1,500 units to grab the #2 spot. This is an improvement from the Grand Hustle leader's #4 debut with No Mercy just over two years ago.

Chief Keef's Glory Boys/Interscope Records debut scored a Top 30 entry to the charts. The 17 year-old Chicago, Illinois sensation grabbed features from 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa and Young Jeezy on his breakthrough album. Finally Rich features the 2012 grassroots hits "I Don't Like" and "Love Sosa." The album featured extensive production from Keef's in-house affiliate, Young Chop.
Without further new album additions, other 2012 Hip Hop releases saw a sales surge in the holiday shopping wave. The next key release is A$AP Rocky's LongLiveA$AP, currently planned for January 15, 2013 release.

T.I.'s Commercial Career Is Not In Trouble, Man

T.I. improved his recent sales record by two spots and over 20,000 units. Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, Tip's eighth solo album grabbed a competitive #2 spot, selling just under 180,000 units. The Atlantic Records flagship artist enlisted the likes of Lil Wayne, Meek Mill and A$AP Rocky on this conceptual release addressing his most recent legal troubles. The P$C alum also worked with go-to producers such as DJ Toomp and Pharrell, in addition to No I.D.
The 16-track release includes the hit single "Ball."

Trey Songz Denies Gay Photo

Rumors have been swirling around for years that suspect R&B artist Trey Songz is a fan of that man-meat. Recently, a photo hit the web that reignited those rumors.
The photo shows a man who resembles Trey playing ‘hide the tongue’ with another young man in the backseat of a car. Well, it looks like Trey wasn’t feeling the negativity and took to his Twitter account to shut down the rumor….

Trey kinda addressed the rumor without really denying it, eh? However, nay-sayers who don’t believe Trey could ever like it up the poop-chute claim another gentlemen is the gay bandit in the photo.
Hit the flip to check out who the (alleged) man playing kissy face is next…

Best of 2012: Most Fashionable Man

SOURCE: Fashion Bomb Daily

Sure your Christmas dinner is still digesting, but 2013 is approaching and we have to determine which man showed out the most this year! As 2012 winds down, we’re finishing off our Best of 2012 series, beginning with the most stylish male.
Let’s see who you ladies nominated:
1.Kanye West

Though some may question Kanye’s skills as a designer and stylist, few of you can deny his remarkable swagger.

The man loves leather, and 2012 saw him clinging to the tough material by way of pants, sweatpants, U-Necks, and even kilts, anchored by tees, hoodies, and colorful footwear.

With his new muse and girlfriend Kim Kardashian by his side, he made more than a few fashionable appearances, whether front row at Couture shows in Paris, or taking in a bit of artwork at Art Basel in Miami.

He scaled down his flash significantly, and it looks like he’s settled into his stylish stride. Can’t wait to see what 2013 brings.

See all of his looks here.

It’s always fun to watch Pharrell Williams on the carpet: The certified genius wears his creativity on his collar, and is unafraid to let his quirkiness shine.

From custom Moncler suits to grills and fur collared Lanvin jackets, Pharrell mixes luxury with individualism. Eschewing the ‘me too’ penchants of most hip-hop heads, he marches to the beat of his own drum, and looks hot at every beat drop.

You’d rarely find Pharrell in a trendy Givenchy tee, or in a pair of Kanye West cosigned leather pants. The man does what he wants, unapologetically–he’s the definition of fly.

See his best looks here.

Usher has been in the game for a minute, and continues to fine tune his look, slipping on an assortment of trendy pieces with fly accessories to boot.

From casual to dressy situations, he’s been playing with more ‘grown man’ accoutrements–readers, tailored blazers, cardigans, and fly shoes.

He doesn’t shock and awe, but he always looks polished. And isn’t that the goal for any well dressed man?

Reminisce on a few of Usher’s looks here.
4. Idris Elba

Like Usher, Idris Elba got his grown man on, making appearances in mostly tuxes and suits.

Though Mr. Elba is not known for his stylish risks, few can deny he great looks–the man can make a paper bag look good.

See more here.
5. ASAP Rocky

A$AP Rocky is new on the scene, but he apparently has made a serious style impression on you ladies.

Snapbacks, gold teeth, hoodies, and tees contribute to his singular brand of cool.

He’s been photographed by Terry Richardson , featured in GQ, Complex, and Interview, and came out with a collection of tees and tanks with Karmaloop.

Not bad for a newbie!

See our coverage of him here.
6. Amaré Stoudemire

More and more basketball players (and their wives) have been coming out of the stylish closet in 2012, making waves at fashion shows and a slew of off court activities.

Few ballers stand out as much as Amaré Stoudemire, who has slowly but surely staked his place in the fashion industry.

Vetted by Anna Wintour, he co-designed a collection with Rachel Roy, showing that he more than just an athlete.

With the glamorous Alexis Welch by his side, he mixes ordinary with unexpected, sidling up to bright footwear, of-the-moment must haves, pops of color, and impeccably tailored suits.

Yes, indeed, it was a good year for Mr. Stoudemire. But was he the most stylish of the bunch?
