Please join us and help us get the word out about our upcoming Community Health Fair, Saturday, October 27, from 9 AM to 1 PM at the St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing (Crean Hall), entrance on St. Francis Avenue. As in past years, we will be offering free flu shots and physical exams to Trenton school students of any age (pre-K through 12) who are uninsured or underinsured (on Medicaid), so that they can be in compliance with public health requirements before the year ends.
Please join us and help us get the word out about our upcoming Community Health Fair, Saturday, October 27, from 9 AM to 1 PM at the St. Francis Medical Center School of Nursing (Crean Hall), entrance on St. Francis Avenue. As in past years, we will be offering free flu shots and physical exams to Trenton school students of any age (pre-K through 12) who are uninsured or underinsured (on Medicaid), so that they can be in compliance with public health requirements before the year ends.
We will also be offering flu shots for adults, vision and dental check-ups, and screenings for blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and body mass index to both adult and children, in addition to breast exams and HIV tests . Educational presentations will be offered throughout the day, plus Yoga, and Zumba lessons.
We will be issuing the Community Id Card during the fair, and attorney members of the NJ Hispanic Bar Association will be staffing an "Ask-a-Lawyer" table and offering free legal consultations. There will be plenty of healthy snacks, and refreshments, and free parking in the hospital's garage with entrance on Chambers Street.
